Chicken with a Garlic Sauce by Cali

Our Grandma of the Day is Cali and she will be preparing Chicken with a Garlic Sauce.


  • Chicken
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Pine nuts
  • Olive oil
  • Optional: 1/2 cup of Brandy


  • Chop the garlic and parsley
  • After cleaning the chicken, separate the chicken into small pieces
  • Coat a frying pan with enough olive oil to fry the chicken and add the chicken
  • Once the pieces of chicken are browned, move them to a baking sheet
  • In a new frying pan, combine the garlic, parsley, pine nuts, and olive oil until golden
  • Pour the mixture on top of the cooked chicken and remove the excess oil if needed
  • Add Brandy for taste
  • Lower the heat and stir for 5-10 minutes ensuring that each piece of chicken is coated with the mixture
  • Enjoy!
