I came to Barcelona in 1965 and got married in 1969 without knowing how to fry an egg. For different circumstances I continued living at my mother-in-law’s house. She was an Andalusian woman that could easily prepare a fantastic meal for alot of people out of nothing. I began cooking and taking my first steps in the kitchen helping my mother-in-law.
I was divorced 22 years ago but I have children and grandchild that I cook for everyday. What I love about cooking is the presentation, the color, and the taste. I enjoy cooking with seasonal ingredients!
