“Energetic, Open Minded, Bossy.”

I was born in Linyola, in the Pla d’Urgell, in Lleida, central Catalunya. Both of my parents are from Catalunya, and my mother is who taught me how to cook, but I didn’t practice until I got married. My mother was an excellent cooker, she always took notes of the recipes she heard about, and when we had family celebrations she always put on practice those recipes she’d heard about, in those days in my home town restaurants didn’t exist. I was always curiously looking in the kitchen. My cooking is traditional catalan cooking and my family says I make delicious cakes as well.

Being part of Grandma’s Cooking Barcelona is a real challenge full of excitement!!
