“Anarchic, vital and noble”

I’d studied high school. Always wanted to study arts at the Massana school of arts but destiny took me for some other ways. I started to discover the art of cooking, wich I’d enjoy it a lot in the end. 

We opened a food shop and through the years we end running a restaurant until 2010 that we sold it. I still cook regularly for family and friends.  I believe in seasonal products and on buying local to support farmers in Catalunya.
